I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and a certified prenatal yoga teacher (E-RYT 200, E-RYT500, RPYT), dancer, choreographer and traveller. My yoga journey started in Sangha Yoga Centre (Zagreb, Croatia), where I was teaching regular classes, masterclasses and workshops. I was a co-teacher and a teacher trainer in Spanda Vinyasa Yoga school (Yoga Alliance Certified School) in Zagreb, Croatia (YTTC200/300), Intensive YTTC200/300 in Sri Lanka and YTTC200/300 in Ericeira, Portugal.
The method of yoga I teach is Vinyasa Yoga. It includes different yoga tools like asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra, mantra, connecting vinyasa and unites them into a meaningful and safe practice based on vinyasa krama - a system of progression that prepares our bodies and our minds for the next step. The main intention is a healing practice that respects the individuality of body and mind. The practice is created depending on the season we practice, time of day we practice, nature's cycles as well as our own. Yoga is a practice that supports our well-being and takes in consideration our personal state, mood, health and energy levels. My style is largely influenced by my dancing background and my classes are creative, fluid, respecting the body, keeping the structure of a yoga class but also stepping out of it and exploring, all in a safe way, nourishing the body and the mind, keeping it strong and flexible.
